The head and neck of the default simply do not match and this fact was cleverly disguised in the previews OR you are using the head and neck from different default skintones and they don’t match (try switching to a default where both are from the same set. Head and body are 2 different colours - This could have 3 causes.ġ.
Please follow the advice in the tutorials for fixing issues with broken custom content in Q10 of our FAQ. Hole in the neck/floating head - this is likely caused by a mesh for a CAS item. What do you mean by a “weird break”? Is there a seam in the neck area so the head and body textures do not match or is there a visible hole in your sim’s neck so that the head appears to be floating above the body?
